16 Photoshop brushes

16 Tool Presets for Photoshop CS5. They all use the Mixer Brush Tool except the one which uses the Pencil Tool.

To install, open the Tool Presets palette in Photoshop, click on its pull-down menu and select "Replace Tool Presets..."
Then just select the file called "CS5 presets by Kasper Hviid.tpl" which you have just downloaded.

This collection is a mixed bag. They are not bad, but there is no overall theme uniting the different tools. I designed a lot of the brushes with speedpainting in mind. I also hoped to use Photshops bristle engine to create some strokes which are inspired by natural shapes.

I still don't understand the Mixer Brush engine entirely. I'm unsure if setting brush pressure to adjust wetness or adjust mix is having any effect at all. So my brushes isn't neccesary perfect. Feel free to experiment and use them as a template for your own brushes. Change the opacity, add textures, ect.
